FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
You can view your orders from the "My Orders" tab on your "My Account" page.
No changes can be made to products you purchase online. To change a product, you must return the product you purchased and place an order again.
When your products are delivered, your invoice will be delivered to you along with your products.
Your products will be sent to the delivery address you have chosen in your order. Unfortunately, it is not possible to send products to separate addresses. If you wish, you can return your orders and change the address.
When you encounter such technical problems, you can send a screenshot of the page you receive the error on, along with your contact information, to info@mondi.co.uk We will investigate the issue and inform you as soon as possible.
