Continued use of our website or services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services.

3. Products and Services

  1. You select Products and add them to your cart;
  2. You proceed to checkout, enter your delivery and payment details, and submit your order;
  3. You receive an automated order acknowledgement confirming receipt of your order — this is not acceptance;
  4. We review your order (and may conduct fraud checks);
  5. We send you an order confirmation — this constitutes our acceptance and forms a binding contract;
  6. Your order is dispatched and you receive a dispatch notification.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at any time before dispatch, for example if a Product is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we are unable to verify payment. We will notify you promptly and issue a full refund of any payment taken.

5. Pricing, Currency, and Taxes

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and are inclusive of applicable VAT / sales tax unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.

Where we discover a pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price. If you do not confirm, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. We are under no obligation to supply Products at an incorrectly stated price.

For international orders, you may be liable for customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges. These are your responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor(s). By providing your payment details, you authorise us to charge the total order amount (including any applicable shipping and taxes) to your chosen payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we suspect fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or misuse of our payment systems. We may pass details of suspected fraud to law enforcement and/or relevant payment networks.

7. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are stated on our website and are provided as a guide only; they are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g. carrier delays, customs clearance, adverse weather). Risk of loss and damage to Products passes to you upon delivery to the address you specified.

We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by you. If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, we may charge re-delivery fees.

For orders within United Kingdom, title to the Products transfers to you upon delivery. For international orders, title transfers upon delivery or, where applicable law requires otherwise, in accordance with the relevant rules of UK-EU.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Distance Selling — UK and EU Customers)

If you are a consumer resident in the UK or European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of most Products within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order (or the last item of a split delivery), without giving any reason. This right is provided under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

8.1 Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email to info@mondihome.co.uk) before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. You may use our model withdrawal form (available on our returns page) but are not required to do so. Once notified, you must return the Products to us within 14 days of notification.

8.2 Conditions for Return

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging where applicable;
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the Product is faulty, not as described, or we have agreed otherwise;
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics may be subject to a deduction from your refund.

8.3 Refunds

We will issue a full refund of the Product price and standard delivery charges (we are not obliged to refund enhanced delivery charges) within 14 days of receiving the returned Products or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be made to your original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

8.4 Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

Certain Products are excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law, including but not limited to:

  • Bespoke, personalised, or custom-made items;
  • Perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life;
  • Sealed goods unsealed after delivery where return is unsuitable for hygiene reasons;
  • Digital downloads that have been made available and where downloading has commenced with your express consent;
  • Services fully performed with your express consent before the withdrawal period expires;
  • Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (other than by subscription).

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds (Outside the Withdrawal Period)

Outside the statutory withdrawal period, we accept returns for faulty, damaged, or misdescribed Products in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) or equivalent EU consumer protection legislation. If a Product is faulty within the first 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement. Between 30 days and 6 months, a repair or replacement will be offered first; a refund will be offered if repair or replacement is not possible or appropriate. After 6 months, you may need to demonstrate that the fault was present at delivery.

10. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a Product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or materially different from your order, please contact us at info@mondihome.co.uk within a reasonable time of discovery. We will arrange for return at our cost and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate. Please retain all original packaging when possible and provide photographs if damage is apparent.

11. User Accounts

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information; keep your login credentials confidential; notify us immediately of any unauthorised access; and accept responsibility for all activities under your account. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption), even if foreseeable, except where required by law.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence give you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
